The International Butler & Household Management Training Program Enrolment Process
The Living with Finesse International Butler Training Program is designed to recruit and develop only the most disciplined, dedicated, and promising young professionals. Our enrolment process follows international service excellence standards to ensure that every admitted candidate reflects the integrity and prestige of the LWF brand.
Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Age: 18yrs+
- Education: Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSSCE/WASSCE) or equivalent, with at least a pass in English Language.
- Character: Must demonstrate discipline, good moral conduct, and a willingness to learn and serve.
- Availability: Must commit to the full 4-month training and 1-month internship placement or the full 2-month training and 1 month internship for the International or National version respectively
Application Process
Step 1: Online Registration
- Complete the LWF Butler Training Application Form online.
- Upload the following:
- Certified copy of SSSCE/WASSCE results.
- National ID (Ghana Card, Passport, or Driver’s License).
- Passport-size photograph (white background, professional appearance).
Step 2: Application Fee
- Pay a non-refundable registration fee of GHS 150 via direct transfer, MoMo, or bank deposit.
- Receipt must be uploaded as proof of payment before application submission is considered complete.

Application Process
Selection Stages
Stage 1: Shortlisting
Applications will be screened for completeness, eligibility, and alignment with LWF program values.
Stage 2: Written Assessment & Oral English Proficiency Test
- Shortlisted candidates will take an online basic written test (English, etiquette scenarios, logical reasoning).
Stage 3: Structured Interview
- Conducted by a panel of LWF faculty and industry experts.
- Assessment areas: discipline, motivation, service orientation, emotional intelligence, and personal grooming.
- Oral assessment will evaluate fluency, clarity, and presentation skills.
Post-Selection Requirements
Step 1: Medical Clearance
- Candidates must undergo a Food Handler’s Medical Test at LWF-recognized laboratories to ensure fitness for hospitality and food service roles.
Step 2: Police Report
- Candidates must provide a valid Police Clearance Certificate attesting to good conduct.
Step 3: Admission Fee
- Upon clearance, candidates must pay the rest of the admission fee of GHS 5,200.
- The balance of GHS ??? of the full Program Fee of GHS 40,700 will be covered by the funding partner.
Step 4: Documentation
Candidates must submit the following at enrolment:
- Signed Code of Conduct and Confidentiality Agreement.
- Completed Next of Kin & Emergency Contact Form.
Final Selection & Conditional Offer
- Successful candidates will receive a conditional admission letter pending medical and security clearance.
- Candidates must pay GHS3000 (part of the admission fee) after the medical and security clearance is completed
Orientation & Induction
All admitted candidates will undergo a one-week orientation program prior to the start of formal classes. Orientation includes:
- Welcome address and program overview.
- Introduction to Living with Finesse ethos and professional culture.
- Distribution of full training kit (uniforms, manuals, grooming items, name badges).
- Campus and facility tour.
- Personal deportment and posture clinic.
- Career pathways briefing (private households, hotels, embassies, cruise ships).
